hmmm..what shall we talk about?
well, i just met up with the bunch and had a good time :)
and i'm so proud of myself for being able to find klcc and the way back home all by myself :D

while i'm happy to be back in Malaysia (mainly because i love that i don't sweat here whereas Medan's weather makes me sweat like crazay~)
i'm a little bit lonely when i'm at home doing nothing...
for the past 2 weeks i would have my dad to keep me company.
i would help him cook...
but now when i'm home, i just go online and try to watch movies i've watched a dozen times.
so you understand why i'd want to go out most of the time wouldn't u? :P

hmm..
i have noooo idea what to talk about.
sometimes the things i want to blog about pops into my head at random moments...
and i'm not about to rush to the nearest computer to note it down..
so when i am finally near a computer at the end of the day...
i would probably already forget it -_-!

so conclusion:
i'm sorry there's no topic of interest today. i'll just post pictures up.






















well, that's all i guess.
oh one thing that i loved about all the mosques that i visited...
they all had beautifully colored stained glass windows.
i thought only churches used those.

lest we fall.

so today i visited the Istana Maimun... which didn't really look like an istana at all.
and plus, the way they exhibit the stuff is just... really sad.
sad... as if in... ugly.
there's nothing much to look at in there.
and they close off most parts of the istana cos they rent it out to their people. -_-!
and to think those bedrooms and beautiful hallways could've made great exhibition rooms!~

the weather is just wayyy too hot and humid here.
worse than malaysia.
and my dad, brother, and i friggin walked there!
we walked for around 2.5km one way!~
with the frantic traffic here
even us walking on the side of the road was stuck in the traffic jam!

so i will post photos up of the istana next time.
but i have pictures of my overnite trip :)

quite a show

helllloooiii~
i am currently in Medan, Indonesia...
the internet has just been installed...
so yes, i haven't had internet access since friday.
but it was all good cos i've been super busy since i arrived.

my parents brought me along to the farewell dinner at the embassy...
where there was dancing, karaoke, and the poco2!!~ hahaha
although my mom tried to force me into singing, i held my stand that i didn't want to.
i will post those pictures up later cos they're in my phone.

then my parents had planned an overnight trip the next day...
first we went to Parapat, staying at a beautiful hill top hotel overlooking the Danau Toba lake.
then we headed to Siposipiso, the waterfall was beautiful but no one was adventurous enough to climb down there with me so we just took pictures.
lastly, we headed to Berastagih, where they grow fresh fruits and vegies!~
..and sold rabbits on tables.

i will post up photos once i get them off my camera :)

p.s. i can't wait to get my dslr soon and go on my planned trips in msia as well :)

i think i should know

helloooohhhh!!~
first of all, Happy New Year to everyone! :D
i had the best ever new year celebration here.
it has long been one of my wishes to be able to celebrate new year in malaysia... with the countdown and the whole enchilada!~
and this year, thanks to my ever so lovable other half, i got to do it in one of the most crowded places ever: Star Hill.
no doubt it was one of the most happening places,
the really humid weather + crowded area + too much walking around = A LOT OF SWEAT!
it felt so good afterwards when i got home to be able to take a long cold shower!
i tried my best to keep away from the foam spray,
but on the stroke of midnite, even my phone (which i was waving around to record a video of) was covered with foam.

second of all,
yes, obviously, i'm back in malaysia!
sorry for not updating the page for a while!
as much as i dont want to admit it publicly and have the kirby guys' hidungs berkembang...
i just have to tell you tht i was just having too much fun with the bunch!
best holiday yet. :)
the hospitality, and counting everyone in are what makes the bunch such a good group to chill with.
i can't wait what they have in store for this year :D
we had our christmas dinner... and i will post up photos once i get them from someone.
the food was just too much.
it was just so good, my tummy could've literally exploded!
